Job descriptionHealth, dental, and vision insurance Free basic life insurance and voluntary life insurance Paid time off and holiday pay Short- and long-term disability coverage Weekly pay Overtime and weekends as needed Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plumbing Superintendent In-depth knowledge of plumbing / building codes and regulations Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, Raken) Experience with total station, undergrounds, sleeve layout, and top-out processes Proven ability to manage subcontracted plumbing labor effectively Basic computer skills; familiarity with web-based reporting and material tracking Bilingual is a plus, but not required Valid Driver's License OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment) Supervise and direct subcontracted plumbing labor. Ensure accuracy in measurements for underground rough-ins. Complete daily web-based reports and timekeeping. Track and manage materials on-site for installation. Forecast material orders and deliveries 2-3 weeks in advance. Conduct weekly / daily job site meetings. Facilitate web-based safety meetings and toolbox talks. Selected candidates will undergo a full pre-employment background check and drug screening.
