Project Manager General Contractor Multifamily Projects

Our client is a commercial general contractor in the Kansas City Metro area that specializes in building multifamily projects. They currently have over $200M in contracts and are looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team.

Job Description

Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet objectives. Oversee procurement and resource allocation to ensure project efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams. Identify and mitigate risks to avoid potential project delays or issues. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to promote collaboration and success.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in construction project management within the business services industry. Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively. Ability to analyze project requirements and implement efficient solutions. Knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and best practices. Proficiency with project management tools and software.
