ICU RN – Nights (4×12 | 19 : 00–07 : 30)

Location : Chesapeake, VA – Coastal Virginia

Notes : AUTO OFFER | Must have strong NEURO experience

Key Requirements

License : Active VA or Compact RN license at time of submission (no exceptions)

Certifications : BLS, ACLS (AHA), NIHSS

Experience :

Strong neuro background required (post-neurosurgical, EVD, stroke)

Vents, IV drip titration, dysrhythmia & emergency management

Telemetry monitoring, conscious sedation

3+ years critical care preferred; strong candidates considered without

Travel experience preferred

Systems : EPIC proficiency required

Local rule : Candidates must live 50+ miles from the facility (DL required for verification)

Background / License : Zero hits accepted — must be completely clear

Job Details

Shift : Nights, 4×12 (19 : 00–07 : 30)

Weekend : Every other weekend

Float : ICU → Stepdown; may float to ED / MedSurg for ICU hold patients

Holiday : Required if within contract

OT : OT after 48 hours on 4×12 schedules

Contract : 48-hour option available; indicate candidate preference
