What You’ll Do :

Assist residents with daily living activities and personal hygiene

Take and record vital signs

Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions

Support the nursing team with basic care needs

Uphold all professional, state, and federal standards

Requirements :

Active Arizona CNA license (in good standing)

Current BLS certification

Ability to lift / move at least 100 lbs

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Preferred :

1+ year CNA experience (especially in skilled nursing)
