Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on employer-sponsored visa pathways, including 482 and 186 visas

Manage high-volume visa caseloads for corporate clients and ensure timely application lodgement

Liaise with HR teams to assess eligibility and develop tailored immigration strategies

Required Qualifications

Registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA)

1-2 years' experience in corporate immigration, focusing on 482 and 186 visa subclasses

In-depth understanding of employer-sponsored visa processes and obligations

Experience working with corporate clients across varied industries

Commitment to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and adherence to the MARA Code of Conduct
