Production assistant

We have a direct hire opportunity for a Produciton Assistant in South Windsor! Assists in ensuring all pulls are completed as to client requirements, in a timely manner to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA's). Collaborates with and monitors production departments to ensure jobs are received in a timely manner to complete pulls accurately and promptly. Reports to Supervisor Production Operations.

salary : $39,520 - $52,000 per year

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 4 : 30 PM

education : Associate

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

1. Completes assigned pulls as per client instructions.

2. Monitors job status throughout the day to ensure deadlines are met.

3. Monitor and utilize remedy system to gather client instructions and provide

job information regarding pull status.

4. Communicates with and supports the leads, supervisors and managers

5. Understanding of Infact and legacy processes to ensure specifications are

completed as required.

6. Proficient in handling sensitive responsibilities, including the processing of

checks.

7. Reads, comprehends and takes appropriate action regarding emails / remedy.

Correctly follows instructions, identifies problems and provides solutions.

8. Follows all Broadridge and departmental policies and procedures.

9. May perform other duties / responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3-5 years in Production Environment , preferred
• Associates degree preferred, or related Production experience
