A company is looking for a Remote Patient Service Agent. Key Responsibilities Manage 80-100 inbound / outbound calls daily and assist patients with appointment scheduling Master internal systems and tools for efficient patient and practice management Collect and manage patient information while ensuring compliance with industry regulations Required Qualifications 1-3 years of general customer database experience College education (completed degree or relevant coursework) 1-3 years of call center experience preferred 1-5 years of experience within the healthcare industry preferred Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
