About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance and Controller to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic enabler, ensuring financial rigor, compliance, and the implementation of scalable systems to support the organization's growth. This senior leadership role involves owning the full accounting function, serving as the central point of contact for financial matters, and overseeing both external and internal financial reporting. The VP of Finance and Controller will also be responsible for cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives, as well as driving cost, operational, and margin analyses.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA strongly preferred, and at least 12 years' of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience in high-growth tech or data businesses. The role requires a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP / IFRS, financial reporting, and modern financial systems, as well as proven strategic financial acumen and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A integration, exposure to international operations, and familiarity with SaaS metrics or subscription revenue models. The VP of Finance and Controller will be measured by the timeliness and accuracy of financial close, the quality of financial reports, and their contribution to strategic decisions.
