What You'll Do
- Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Educate guests on our services, retail products, and Wax Passes to enhance their experience and meet sales goals.
- Partner with our expert Wax Specialists to ensure smooth guest flow and a seamless service experience.
- Conduct community outreach to invite new and returning guests into the center.
- Contribute to a fun, goal-driven environment that celebrates teamwork and success.
What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills
1 year of sales and customer service experience preferred (beauty or retail industry is a plus)Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanorAbility to open and close the center responsibly - this is a key holder roleSelf-motivated, outgoing, and personable with a positive attitude and team spiritFlexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidaysCommitment to maintaining a polished, professional appearance at all timesPhysical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, or crouch for extended periods during a shiftFrequent use of hands and arms for typing, handling products, and assisting guestsOccasionally required to lift or move up to 50 pounds (e.g., stock boxes or supplies)
