Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist (PT) - School - (PT - School) StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 9 D / N / E Pay Rate : $1984.00 - $2063.00 AMN Healthcare is partnering with a school district in the San Luis Valley (near Alamosa) in Colorado, to find a qualified Physical Therapist to help support their students for the remainder of the 25 / 26 school year. As a Physical Therapist, you will work Monday to Thursday (9 hour days), helping students develop and improve their physical well-being through tailored therapeutic interventions. You will be part of a team that values innovation, support, and a commitment to excellence. You will have a very manageable caseload in a laid back environment, and will have 3-day weekends to explore the beautiful surrounding mountain towns, and all the great activities in between. Required Qualifications Physical Therapist, School Experience : New Grad Accepted Graduate from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program Pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in Colorado Must have Colorado Department of Education Special Services License (CDE SSP) Clear, articulate communication skills Ability to explain results to a varied audience Candidates with previous school experience a plus!
