Litigation Attorney

Our firm specializes in retail collections and commercial litigation , and we’re excited to welcome a new attorney to our growing team. The position may be hybrid or remote , depending on the candidate’s location.

• ? Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and handle litigation cases from start to finish
• Conduct discovery, motion practice, arbitration, and mediation
• Coordinate with clients throughout the litigation process
• Represent clients in court appearances
• Experience with debt collection litigation is a plus
