Job descriptionSet up and operate CNC vertical milling machines according to technical drawings and job specifications. Perform material preparation tasks, including using a saw to cut material to length as required. Conduct per-part inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality standards. Maintain and perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery and equipment. Follow safety protocols and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist with general shop labor tasks as needed to support production. Previous experience operating CNC milling machines preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Basic computer skills for job tracking and data entry. Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills. Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
