Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Psychiatrist - Addiction Medicine to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln . Lincoln Medical Center is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties, including its award-winning Cancer and Breast Centers. Opportunity Details :

• Responsibility for clinical and educational activities in an outpatient practice, including participation in a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Direct supervision of Psychologists, Social Workers, Psychiatric PA staff, and Medical Students.
• Participation in all activities related to clinical care and documentation of care, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and student supervision, education andtraining.
• Participate in our innovative integrative care activities.
• Directly and indirectly supervises psychiatrists and psychiatric PA staff.
• Participates in the management of complex cases in an administrative and consultative role.
• Maintains a good working relationship with services both within and outside of the department of psychiatry to ensure high-quality care for patients.
• Provides leadership in undergraduate medical education, including actively participating in the clinical and didactic teaching of medical students, PA students, NP students, and Addiction Fellows.

Qualifications

Wages and Benefits include :

Annual Base Salary : $267,900

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $438,690

Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
