Job descriptionDevelop and enforce site-specific safety plans. Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Provide safety training and toolbox talks to project personnel. Maintain compliance with OSHA and SRNS safety requirements. Report safety metrics and corrective actions to the Project Manager. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (minimum). First Aid / CPR Certification. HAZWOPER 40-Hour Certification (if applicable to SRNS requirements). Ability to pass SRNS security clearance and background checks. Experience in industrial safety management. Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations. Strong communication and training skills.
