The clinical services associate assists the practice manager and physicians in maintaining a patient / customer focus, supports the delivery of high quality care, shares a passion for patient and customer centered care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial / operational targets. The clinical services associate supports the practice by performing clinical and administrative duties as a medical assistant and as a patient services associate.
Accountabilities include patient care, clerical / other duties, environmental / safety, patient service, financial, and other / regulatory responsibilities. The role requires a high school diploma / GED, 2+ years medical office experience, completion of an accredited medical assistant program, and MA certification. BLS / CPR certification and EPIC scheduling training are also required.
