  • Event Support : Help coordinate and promote both internal and external events and conventions, whether on-campus or off-site

  • Event Media : Shoot and edit photos and videos for on-site and external events, particularly when noteworthy activities are happening
  • Blog Content : Draft blog posts, submit them for compliance approval, and publish approved content to our Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal
  • Email Marketing Collaboration : Support email marketing campaigns through ideation, copy creation, and light coordination with the email marketing team
  • Narrative Collaboration : Work with students, alumni, and faculty to highlight their unique stories and experiences
  • Online Reputation : Actively monitor and engage with online reviews on platforms like Google My Business, Reddit, and niche forums, providing helpful responses and reinforcing DAVA School culture
  • Student Review Program : Support and expand a student-based review task force, empowering current students to share their authentic experiences across various digital platforms
  • Referral Initiatives : Collaborate with Student Services and Academics to engage current and incoming students in referral contests, boosting organic enrollment and fostering community spirit
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and share engagement metrics to inform future content strategy
  • Trend Awareness : Stay current on social and cultural trends, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the marketing team
