About the Role :

Join UFC Gym Miami as a Recovery Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing our members' performance and well-being. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic fitness environment, helping clients recover and rejuvenate after intense training sessions.

Responsibilities :

Conduct personalized recovery sessions tailored to individual client needs.

Utilize various recovery techniques, including stretching, foam rolling, and massage.

Educate clients on the importance of recovery in their fitness journey.

Monitor and assess client progress, adjusting recovery plans as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized recovery area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Collaborate with trainers and coaches to integrate recovery into training programs.

Stay updated on the latest recovery trends and techniques in the fitness industry.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance member experience.

Requirements :

Administer and monitor recovery services (e.g., NormaTec compression, cryotherapy, Theragun, red light therapy, etc.)

Guide clients through recovery protocols and explain the benefits of each modality

Maintain cleanliness and functionality of recovery equipment and space

Stay current on recovery trends and wellness education

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Promote recovery memberships and upsell services when appropriate

Track client sessions and feedback in the system

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest
