Project Manager

Must have significant High End Custom Home inexperience, preferably in South Florida. Not a candidate from the multi-family or a production Builder.

Remodel projects of $2 million+ and new construction projects of $5 million+.

Must be familiar with Procore Management software.

Compensation includes salary (approx. $140k), vehicle allowance, 401k and Health Insurance.

Need to provide a project list showcasing experience in the high-end home building.
