Job Title :  Issue Management and Validation Analyst

Location : REMOTE

Pay Range : $66 - W2 USC or Permamnet Green Card Holder. Will not accept visa's or Third Party Applicants

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  Issue Remediation & Validation Analyst  to oversee and execute issue remediation efforts. This role is responsible for ensuring that validation activities are thoroughly conducted and clearly demonstrate that remediation and risk reduction objectives have been achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute issue validation and testing, including root cause analysis, to assess the effectiveness of remediated business processes and controls.
  • Document validation activities in a clear and comprehensive manner to ensure transparency and reproducibility by third-party reviewers.
  • Ensure testing and documentation align with remediation plans and effectively address root causes and mitigate risk.
  • Analyze validation results and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Present findings to teams and facilitate discussions to drive resolution.
  • Engage with senior management to address material issues, including technical discussions of root causes and corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with Business Units and Risk Management partners to ensure timely and appropriate issue validation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity to deliver results.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish credibility across all levels of management.
  • Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills, including conflict resolution and active listening.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives and producing high-quality, executive-level deliverables.
  • Comfortable working with data and applying analytical insights to business problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
