Job descriptionConduct cannabis sales consultations as trained by the company. Conduct cannabis sales transactions as trained by the company and approved training platforms. Manage and handle the point-of-sale system and cash securities. Cover and break security team members alongside the Agent In Charge. Cover and break Wellness Advisors from posts to ensure the team has break periods alongside Agent in Work closely with the General Manager to ensure regulations and company policy are followed and address Work to meet store sales targets, and provide a professional and proactive attitude in approaching sales goal Comply with company policies and procedures. Operate fulfilment duties as directed by management to ensure product is being picked, packed, and pulled Articulate operating processes and have the mindset to improve them. Continually educate yourself on cannabis products, sales skills, or continue training on approved platforms Ensure the store cleanliness and uniformity meets company standards. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Responsibilities :
