Personal Care Assistants at VNH Provides non-medical services, hands-on client contact including but not limited to : homemaking, helping with activities of daily living such as meal plan preparation, grooming, toileting, eating, dressing, reminding clients to take medications, and transportation in order to support client independence and safety so they may remain in their home.
The Personal Care Assistant will :
Under the supervision of the Long-Term Care Services Manager the PCA provides direct care to the client as outlined in the Plan of Care which may include but not limited to :
