What You'll Do : Provide customer service to guests and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions, documenting incidents as required by Allied Universal and site protocols. Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized entry. Communicate with Allied Universal management and / or local authorities as needed during incidents or emergencies. Support the overall visitor experience by providing directions, information, and assistance as requested. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
