Overview
Lifeway is searching for a Summer Intern focused on Organizational Development and Talent Experience . This individual will work with our organizational development and talent experience teams at Lifeway on special projects contributing to organizational development, training, and continuous improvement. This internship will also offer the exciting opportunity to work on the development of our 2025 employer brand strategy and the implementation of various solutions across the organization.
Interning at Lifeway
The Lifeway Internship Program is designed to provide college students and recent college graduates a valuable learning experience where they can grow professionally, personally, and spiritually. Our internships offer significantly more than “busy work.” As an intern, you’ll receive professional development and leadership training, exposure to senior leaders, and mentoring relationships with professionals in your field.
Internship Program Details / Requirements
- Lifeway’s summer internship program offers a competitive hourly pay rate, all necessary equipment will be provided
- Interns work 32 hours per week on average with Tuesday - Thursday as required core workdays
- Interns must commit to participate in the entirety of the program : June 3 - August 9, 2024 (10 weeks)
- Candidates must be currently enrolled at a college or university in an undergraduate or graduate program, and have fully completed at least two years of study. Recent graduates are eligible if they graduated the semester immediately prior (December 2023 or May 2024 graduates only)
Interns will receive development each week
Interns will work remotely throughout the program with the exception of orientation and end-of-summer presentations. Lifeway will cover the cost of travel to Nashville
Internship applications are due by January 15, we will begin interviews once the applications are closed. Selections are finalized by April 1
This is a remote position in the U.S. with travel to Nashville at the beginning and end of the summer, cost for travel is covered by Lifeway.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of Lifeway’s employer brand strategy for 2024 to attract top talent to the organizationCreate and execute strategies to increase Lifeway’s employer brand visibility at local universities or through other means of talent pipeliningCreate and manage high quality digital and social media campaigns in support of the employer brand strategyFacilitate audience communication and engagement; monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimizationDevelop tools for gathering employee feedback (surveys, focus groups, etc.); analyze data to make recommendationsDevelop and implement learning resources for employeesQualifications
Live out , showing deep commitment to Kingdom workMajor in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial / Organizational Psychology or related programExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of employer branding, talent acquisition, human resources, and organizational development processesAdvanced familiarity with Microsoft 365, Canva preferredOptions
