In this role you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the modular building / school construction industry.

• Manage construction projects and generate accurate and timely construction documentation
• Work with architect submitting / obtaining DSA approvals
• Generate estimates and change order requests
• Ability to generate and review submittals Requests for Information (RFIs) closeouts project scheduling
• Purchasing ensure material orders meet production schedules
