We're seeking a Variable Operations Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn potential into performance. You'll be the engine behind our sales success-motivating the team, maximizing profitability, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the excellence of the Volkswagen brand.

What You'll Lead :

F&I Expertise : Step in, close deals, and ensure compliance while protecting profitability.

Desking Mastery : Structure deals that work for the customer and drive revenue.

Pre-Owned Strategy : Source, price, and move inventory with precision and speed.

Team Leadership : Inspire, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing sales team.

What You Bring :

Proven success in automotive sales management-Volkswagen or import brand experience a plus.

Deep understanding of F&I, desking, and used car operations.

Relentless drive, sharp instincts, and a commanding presence.
