Job descriptionCompetitive salary – Base pay with performance incentives, auto-renewed annually. Sign-on bonus – Competitive bonus available. Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment in an outpatient setting. Work collaboratively within a care team model, including Medical Customer Service Specialists, MAs, and LPNs. Utilize Epic EMR for efficient patient management and streamlined workflows. Job Description
Florida Health Care Plans , a well-established multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing Port Orange facility!
This outpatient-only position offers a flexible schedule, no weekends, limited call, and no non-compete contract, giving you the autonomy to build a long-term, rewarding career in a thriving coastal community.
Practice Highlights :
- Outpatient only – No inpatient responsibilities.
- Flexible work schedule – 40-hour workweek with customizable office hours.

- Limited call – Low-volume, telephone-only, shared weekly rotation with RN triage support.
