This role offers a high-impact opportunity to act as a strategic technical partner in complex, multi-phase sales engagements. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, Solutions Consultants, Product, Security, and other stakeholders to design, demonstrate, and deliver technology solutions that address customer business challenges. The position combines technical expertise with business acumen, enabling you to lead pre-sales conversations, consult on integration and data migration, and provide strategic guidance to customers. You will influence product development by conveying client feedback and mentor peers to elevate team performance. Accountabilities :

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Account Executives, guiding complex sales processes across multiple stakeholders.
  • Analyze technical and business requirements to design elegant, scalable solutions for customers.
  • Lead technical pre-sales discussions, including integration, implementation, and data migration planning.
  • Consult with clients on business challenges and connect them to value-driven solutions through tailored storytelling and demonstrations.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to ensure deals progress from discovery to closing.
  • Provide actionable feedback to product teams based on customer interactions and insights.
  • Coach and mentor sales teams on technical solutions, contributing to overall team growth and capability development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or implementation roles, preferably within SaaS or cloud-based software environments.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize, explain, and communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Proven business acumen with experience consulting customers on strategic challenges and value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments while creating structure and prioritizing workflow.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic and consultative approach.
