Seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations within a skilled nursing facility. The DON will oversee nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote high-quality resident care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Pay Range : $38–$63 / hr (salaried / exempt)

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 total ($5K at 6mo, $5K at 12mo)

Relocation Bonus : Available, TBD based on need

Education Required : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

License Required : RN – active and in good standing

Experience Preferred : Previous LTC leadership
