• Outpatient family medicine physician in an advanced primary care practice
• Care focuses on health outcomes, not volume of billing / there is no FFS billing
• Full-time position with favorable 30 - 60 minute appointment slots
• On-site laboratory services in modern medical facility
• Provide direct primary care to local employer's employees and dependent family members
