Job description

About :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tenant Services Coordinator to support day-to-day building operations and ensure a positive resident experience. This administrative role serves as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, coordinates maintenance and vendor services, manages communications, and provides general support to the property management team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and service requests
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors
  • Support move-in / move-out processes, including inspections and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, work orders, and property files
  • Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, and other resident communications
  • Assist with purchasing, invoicing, and financial reporting related to building operations
  • Enforce building policies and collaborate with management to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in property management or a related administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented
