RN Clinical Vendor Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Vendor Manager to oversee clinical vendor partnerships and ensure effective delivery of clinical programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical vendors and maintain collaborative relationships

Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, managing evaluations and tracking remediation plans

Prepare performance dashboards and translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership

Required Qualifications

Active and non-restricted RN license

3+ years of experience managing clinical vendors in payer or managed care settings

Demonstrated success in improving vendor performance and managing complex contracts

Experience working with Stop Loss and Reinsurance vendor partners

Proficiency in data analysis and vendor performance dashboards
