    My clinet is a trusted leader in commercial and industrial construction throughout the Detroit area. Known for delivering high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective building solutions, we specialize in design-build, general contracting, and construction management. We're currently seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our client base, strengthen partnerships, and drive strategic growth.

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and industrial construction.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, engineers, and potential clients.
    • Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet company growth objectives.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
    • Collaborate with estimating, project management, and executive teams to ensure smooth project handoff.
    • Track and report sales activity, leads, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools.

      The Successful Applicant

      Qualifications :

    • 5+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the construction or related industries.
    • Strong knowledge of the Detroit market and regional construction landscape.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
    • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
