As a Program Manager, you will be the leader, driving delivery in a government client consulting environment. In this role, we are looking for solutions-focused candidates who thrive providing excellence to clients and have experience managing teams of technical personnel to build solutions and systems. The ideal candidate is a creative and hands-on leader, with experience managing teams in digital transformation and implementation efforts. You will be a client manager, coach, mentor, and an accountable program manager with a proven track record of leading deployments of solutions in a client environment.

Key contributions of this role include :

• Serving as a delivery leader, accountable for completion of team delivery efforts including quality oversight, visibility into delivery targets, and client acceptance.
• Supporting delivery operations, building and maintaining client relationships, fostering and promoting innovative thinking across the client environment.
• Developing and leading teams through solution prototyping, development, and deployment - from hands-on proposal technical support to prototyping client implementations and complete production deployment.
• Manage budget, time, and resources for delivery team.
• Handling challenging client situations and offering guidance and direction to client executives.

The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
