To meet the needs of the region and provide seamless, high quality, comprehensive surgical care, we are seeking a BC / BE Acute Care Trauma Surgeon with responsibilities to provide trauma, emergency general surgery coverage at UHS Wilson Medical Center a Level 2 Trauma Center. The chosen candidate will work in a high-volume general / trauma surgical practice.

LOCATION : Binghamton, NY is located 2.5 hours north of New York City and 1 hour from Syracuse, NY. A progressive college community town that offers a large healthcare presence, a safe living environment, and a diverse community with nearby lakes, ski resorts, golf courses, wineries, a symphony orchestra and an opera company.

The position includes a competitive starting salary of $480,000 to $600,000 with bonus incentives, a sign on bonus, moving expenses, and a vast array of employment benefits including malpractice insurance and tail coverage.
