BEHAVIOR HEALTH TECHNICIAN(BHT-ABA) / REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Delivers and models treatment interventions
• P r ovid e s positive re in f o rce m e nt to the c li e nts with guided feedback to fa mili e s
• I mpl e m e nts c ons e qu e n ce s f or in a pp r op r i a te ac tions as agreed upon
• Communi ca t e s w ith p eer s a nd c o -w o r k er s a nd e x c h a n g e s in f o r m a tion w hi c h is impo r t a nt in ac hi e ving the individu a l g o a ls f or the c li e nts
• Completes all required electronic billing in accordance with company policies
• Communicates and works with BC-ABA and BCBA on implementation of treatment programs, including social programs and VB-MAPP

Hours will include center-based location but can also include home / school / community settings based on the need for hours in caseload.

Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances) and be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs. Must also complete the NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) Verification, as well as an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
