Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Manage acute and chronic health conditions effectively
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Adhere to best practices and comply with healthcare regulations

Requirements

Schedule : 2p-12 : 30a 6p-4 : 30a or 12p-12a

Patient Volume : 20-25 admissions per night

Duties : Admissions and cross-cover for acute issues on the floor

Support Staff : MD on call APPs

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
