Junior Network-Layer Wireless Engineer(PhD)

We are seeking a highly skilled Network-Layer / System-Level Wireless Engineer with deep expertise in 5G / 6G, RAN, ORAN, network performance, mobility, network analytics . This role focuses on designing, analyzing, and optimizing next-generation wireless systems at the network and system levels. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience working with large datasets, KPI counters, performance metrics, and mobility / traffic analytics.

A PhD in EE, Wireless, Telecom, or CS is mandatory .

Key Responsibilities

Network & System-Level Design

• Design, analyze, and optimize network-layer and system-level wireless algorithms, features, and architectures for 5G / 6G, RAN, and ORAN.
• Develop and evaluate system-level models for coverage, capacity, mobility, interference, and network behavior.
• Contribute to advanced research in RAN intelligence, self-driving networks, automation, and performance optimization.
