Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

We are seeking a part-time COTA to join our team! You will provide direct patient care as directed by the treatment plan.

• Primary Job Responsibilities :
• Implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the referring physician and / or primary Occupational Therapist.
• Instructs patients, families and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the occupational therapy treatment program under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Updating patient records for the Occupational Therapist.
• Qualifications :
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must be licensed and / or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
• Hand therapy experience is preferred.

Clinic hours are Monday - Friday and salary is commensurate with experience.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
