This full-time position involves a mix of long-term care and hospital work with shared night call duties. The team includes multiple Primary Care / Geriatrics physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners
Description of Practice : Homebound, Long Term Care & Hospital work
Practice Mix : 75% Long Term Care / SNF, 25% (or less if desired) Hospital work
1 : 6 Night Phone Call (shared equally among all physicians), PAs take nursing home call
There are some Hospital rounds on weekends.
