Position Overview

We are seeking Pharmacists to join our team in Marlborough, MA. This role is critical to ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient medication dispensing while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to production quotas and deadlines.
• Verify compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, DEA policies, and third-party payer requirements.
• Supervise pharmacy production staff to ensure accurate order entry, workflow management, and timely delivery schedules.
• Review and confirm accuracy of all new and refill prescriptions, labels, and drug packaging.
• Prepare and / or oversee sterile IV drug products and solutions.
• Assist with controlled substance management, including ordering, receiving, documentation, and maintaining perpetual inventory for Schedule II drugs.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Ensure workflow dashboard is cleared daily.
• Comply with HIPAA and all applicable safety and departmental policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
