The role requires fellowship training, an active Indiana or IMLC license, and board certification, with shift hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and no on-call responsibilities. The position includes competitive hourly rates, malpractice insurance coverage, and paid travel and accommodations.

Coverage is needed with completion of credentialing ongoing

Qualifications :

• For Interventional Preferred Fellowship
• Active IN License or ACTIVE IMLC
• Board Certified
