HR Digital Strategy Manager

Primary Duties And Responsibilities :
Experience And Educational Requirements :
Requires deep understanding in fields such as human resources, computer science, information technology or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a post-graduate (MBA / Masters) Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of 12 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience; prior HR Technology experience required.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge And Ability Requirements :
Preferred Qualifications : MBA or masters degree in directly related field; at least 5-10 years directly related experience; at least 3-5+ years of experience with human resources information systems (HRIS); at least 3-5 years of experience in direct people management; experience in strategic consulting a plus.
Demonstrated experience in designing / developing enterprise and global strategies for technology domain(s) with demonstrated consultative skills and ability to effectively facilitate groups to consensus.
Ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
Deep working knowledge of various HRIS systems; direct work experience with ServiceNow HRSD a plus.
Deep understanding of HR business functions / end-to end processes, strategic imperatives, and project management.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills including the ability to manage remote and global team members while developing, coaching, and increasing team capability, output, and performance.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technology.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in support of our global population; ability to communicate with customers, associates, and management; solid teamwork and interpersonal skills.
