We're Hiring

As a Civil Engineer / Project Manager, you will take the lead in planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple engineering projects from concept through completion. This is a key leadership role responsible for directing design teams, managing project schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships.

You’ll work on a diverse range of civil engineering projects, including roadways, drainage systems, water and sewer infrastructure, pump stations, and land development, applying both technical expertise and strategic project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the planning, design, permitting, and construction of civil engineering projects.
  • Oversee and coordinate the permitting process with local regulatory agencies.
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, and risk management.
  • Develop project documentation such as specifications, contracts, and technical reports.
  • Direct daily project activities, ensuring collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Monitor and achieve project objectives related to quality, scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineering staff to foster professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships to support business development initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • 5+ years of project management and design experience in civil engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of local design standards, permitting requirements, and procedures.
  • Strong technical design capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and initiative.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
