We're Hiring
As a Civil Engineer / Project Manager, you will take the lead in planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple engineering projects from concept through completion. This is a key leadership role responsible for directing design teams, managing project schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships.
You’ll work on a diverse range of civil engineering projects, including roadways, drainage systems, water and sewer infrastructure, pump stations, and land development, applying both technical expertise and strategic project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, design, permitting, and construction of civil engineering projects.
- Oversee and coordinate the permitting process with local regulatory agencies.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, and risk management.
- Develop project documentation such as specifications, contracts, and technical reports.
- Direct daily project activities, ensuring collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Monitor and achieve project objectives related to quality, scope, budget, and timelines.
- Mentor and guide junior engineering staff to foster professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships to support business development initiatives.
