Job descriptionActive Phlebotomy license in the state of California Current CPR and BLS certification Minimum 6 months to 1 year of clinical experience Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) Must carry personal liability insurance and provide COI Prior work in occupational or industrial health Proficiency in blood draws Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices Frequent standing, walking, and sitting Ability to perform pinching, grasping, gripping, and overhead reaching Occasional bending, stooping, and lifting (30–50 lbs) Some computer / data entry work may be required

Language Requirement : Bilingual (English + Spanish preferred)
Insurance Requirement : Must provide own Certificate of Insurance (COI)
About the Role :
Unify Health Services is seeking experienced and bilingual Phlebotomists to join our network of independent healthcare professionals. As an Industrial Medical Provider, you’ll deliver on-site biometric screenings and support the health of industrial workers in a dynamic occupational setting. This is a 1099 opportunity ideal for contractors looking to make a meaningful impact in workplace wellness.

You’ll be working in the industrial setting, helping to safeguard the health of industrial athletes who keep operations running smoothly.
