Job Title : Account Manager – Inside / Outside Sales

Location : Kent, WA

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (flexible)

Pay : $28 – $35 / hour

Additional Compensation : Bonus, Profit Sharing

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to manage multiple customer accounts, provide exceptional service, and support both inside and outside sales activities. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Conduct inside sales activities including phone and email support for customers.
• Participate in outside sales visits to meet with clients, provide product guidance, and support business growth.
• Write customer orders and discuss pricing, availability, and product alternatives.
• Assist warehouse team with order preparation and product pickup.
• Provide input on marketing, events, and customer communications.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience and meet their business needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
