What You'll Do
Provide printer and copier maintenance, service, and repairs to customersDeliver product training efficiently and effectivelyDiagnose equipment issues and carry out installations and upgradesMake modifications, remove old units, and retrofit existing hardwareComplete field calls according to priority while practicing effective time managementContinuously enhance your technical skills for field assignmentsRebuild components at the shopQualifications
High School Diploma or GED3 years or more of expertise in repairing, servicing, and installing office equipment, including copiers, printers, Photo ID and ID Badge systems, or fingerprint scannersIntermediate computer skills and good electro-mechanical skillsAbility to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reachingA valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions entailing use of personal car while on company businessWhat's in it for you?
