The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Procurement Agent to join the Construction, Facilities Services & Environmental Contracting team to execute and manage contracts in the Facilities Maintenance category. We are looking for an Associate Procurement Agent to support multiple commodities within the category. This role will lead and manage projects and initiatives related to facilities contracts. Candidates must understand cost-reimbursable and time-and-materials contracts. Knowledge of building operations and environmental impacts is preferred. Provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance

Lead negotiations on pricing and contract terms and conditions

Prepare and execute negotiation strategies that result in contractual documents and binding agreements

Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions

Consult with internal customers to resolve supplier performance issues

Lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities

Participate in supply chain process improvement teams and identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies

Bachelor's degree or higher, or commensurate experience

1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

1+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and performing complex contracts and subcontracts

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Must be willing to travel domestically as needed

1+ years of experience developing and mentoring others in the procurement process lifecycle
