bout the Role

• Supervises production operations for assigned units or during an assigned shift.
• Supervise workers that build, rebuild / refurbish, and operate production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, and / or package goods for shipment.
• Supervise maintenance and / or other departments when equipment requires maintenance or repair.
• Provide technical assistance when equipment issues arise.
• Build processes and standard operating procedures for new or existing tasks and functions.
• Monitor output of assigned area(s) against established schedules and quality goals.
• Coordinate the flow of work through the department and ensure that the department has sufficient levels of inventory to meet demand and is staffed appropriately.

What We Offer

The salary range for this role is 80,000 USD – 90,000 USD; however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education / training, and any special skills.
