Clinical Role :

• Need 1 FTE with 1 night of call a week and 1 weekend a month
• Shift times (during the week) : 0700am -0500pm
• Shift times (call during the week) : 05 : 30pm-07 : 00am
• Days and shift times (weekend call) : 0700am – 0700am
• Must be willing to be in call rotation
• EMR : Plexus
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day : 25
• Trauma Level III
• Annual ER Volume : 23,555
• Description of OR Staff : Four part-time MDA's. three full-time CRNA's
• Number of Operating Rooms : 5
• BLS, ACLS, PALS Required
• Patient Age Demographic : All Ages
• No in-house call
• AANA Board Certified - Required
• BLS, ACLS, & PALS - Required
• MI license at time of submission - Required
• Experienced CRNA with regional block and OB experience - Required
• Providers MUST participate in MI Medicaid / CHAMPS - required at time of presentation
• Clean background for quick credentialing - Required
• COVID vaccination - Required at time of name clear
