Key Responsibilities Support and supervise the work of the International Undergraduate Admissions and Utah Global areas Identify changes in admissions-related policies and review requests for exceptions Recruit, hire, train, and supervise full-time evaluators and student clerks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience Four years of progressively responsible management experience Demonstrated leadership skills in planning and directing employees and processes Background knowledge of the hiring department's area of specialization Master's degree in a related area may be preferred
